Sina Rezvanpour has represented consumers in individual and class action lawsuits against public and private companies on a broad range of privacy-related legal matters, including data breaches, call recording, auto-dialing, unsolicited text messages, and debt-collection harassment. While at RKR, Sina has continued develop his practice by advising clients with complex personal injury and wrongful death claims. Throughout the course of his legal career, Sina has volunteered for and worked closely with legal aid foundations such as Public Counsel to provide legal counsel to low-income individuals, nonprofits and small businesses. Sina graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles and received his law degree from the University of Southern California, where he served as a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Sina is fluent in Farsi and conversant in Spanish.
Masih Kazerouni primarily handles RKR’s Criminal Law Practice. Masih graduated Cum Laude from The University of California, Santa Barbara with a major in Law and Society. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. While at Southwestern University School of Law, Masih focused his studies on criminal law and trial advocacy. During Law School, Masih worked for the Law Office of John D. Barnett under the direct supervision of Attorney John D. Barnett. During his time as an intern, Masih assisted on matters ranging from petty thefts to homicides. Upon graduating in 2009, Masih was hired as an associate with the Law Office of Barnett & Barnett. During his time with Barnett & Barnett, Masih gained a variety of skills gained through his participation in cases ranging from low-level misdemeanors to highly complex felony matters with national press coverage. Masih also has wide-range of experience in matters of restitution restructuring and post-conviction matters including modifications of probation. Masih joined RKR in 2015 and intends to continue working hard for his clients to assure that their rights are protected. He is licensed to practice in the California Supreme Court and all California State Courts. Masih is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and the Orange County Bar Association.
Sara Rezvanpour’s areas of practice include complex commercial litigation, contract and partnership disputes, intellectual property matters including copyright and trademark infringement, licensing, computer fraud and trade secret misappropriation, and entertainment industry matters. Sara co-authored an article published in the Daily Journal, entitled “A Sea Change to Retransmission Landscape in TV,” regarding disputes between cable and satellite television distribution companies and broadcast television networks. Sara has also worked on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) matters, helping consumers understand their rights when being harassed by creditors. She has pro bono experience in matters concerning the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project, asylum, and adoption cases. Prior to joining RKR Legal, Sara was an associate at Bingham McCutchen, and a legal intern at the National Immigration Law Center. Sara graduated from UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was the Chair of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association, a student representative of the admissions council, and a student volunteer for the California Asylum Representation Clinic. Sara is fluent in Farsi, and conversant in Hebrew and Spanish.
